Royal Gallery (HALL)

         An ideal location to conduct Business Meets, Conferences, Seminars, Product Launches., Annual Meets or Private Parties. The royal gallery is T shaped hall to accommodate large gatherings of up to 300 of your esteemed guests.

Sunset (HALL)

         Overlooking the swimming pool and the lake. The hall can be used for conferences, product exhibition, corporate training or private parties. The conference hall can accommodate 75 conferencing persons or a floating crowed of 120 people.

The King Square (HALL)

         Can be used for small conferences, product exhibition, corporate training or private parties. It can accommodate 30 conferencing persons or a floating crowed of about 50 people.

The Synod (HALL)

         A perfect board room for small conferences, corporate training. It can accommodate 30 conferencing persons.

Nalukettu

         Build in the traditional Kerala Architecture. Nalukettu is an ideal location to conduct weddings, engagements, social gatherings, family get together and private parties. Can accommodate large gatherings of up to 500 of your esteemed guests.

Ettukettu

         Build in the traditional Kerala Architecture. Ettukettu is an ideal location to conduct weddings, engagements, social gatherings, family get together and private parties. Can accommodate large gatherings of up to 200 of your esteemed guests.

Ettukettu Lawns

         Ettukettu Lawns is an ideal location to conduct weddings, engagements, social gatherings, family get together and private parties. Can accommodate large gatherings of up to 600 of your esteemed guests.

Castle Island

         This lush green island with carefully landscaped lawns is an ideal location to conduct weddings, engagements, social gatherings and private parties. This island can accommodate 1500 guests and together with Ettukettu Lawns can accommodate large gatherings of up to 3000 of your esteemed guests.

Windsor Park

         An ideal location to conduct weddings, engagements, social gatherings, family get together and private parties. Can accommodate large gatherings of up to 1500 of your esteemed guests.
